Ms [name removed] who attended to me was very courteous & approachable. Her attitude put me at ease. I find her very easy to understand & I greatly appreciated her asking if I had other concerns. Her explanations of the exercises given to me were very clear & she patiently showed me how to execute them. I have since started the exercises she had given me & have found they have all helped to alleviate my pains. I found my experience most rewarding My immense gratitude to [name removed].

It was all good except maybe the physiotherapist in the neighbouring curtained off area could try to speak a bit softer as I had to strain at times to hear what [name removed] was saying to me!

I was NOT patronised, but treated with respect by the Podiatrist. (I say this sincerely, as many Medical Practitioners, think some of us have no understanding of their subject.) Generally nurses, technicians, receptionists, catering staff etc are very kind and helpful. During my visit I was given useful advice on how to cope with and improve the problems with my feet and gait.

Room temperature was good, but I would find a warmer Floor beneficial for me.

I am 14 weeks postpartum with baby number 2. Both births were traumatic. I had 2 appointments at The Garden Clinic in Slough. 1 to fit the coil and the 2nd to check everything was ok. I was very anxious having the coil fitted due to birth trauma. A few days/week after the fitting i experienced heavy bleeding and was so scared and worried. Both appointments I was cared for by [name removed] and she was absolutely amazing and so kind. She was professional and caring. I was very emotional because of my traumatic births and [name removed] was so reassuring and compassionate. A real credit to her team. Thankyou [name removed].
